Greetings from Bengaluru 🖐,
A lot of you call to ask “How to make a shift to venture capital ?” or “What is investing and how does it work ?” or “What do Analysts at funds do?” 💭. So I thought I should do a session on this myself and answer all of these queries.
I graduated in 2016 from HNLU and worked at law firms in Mumbai and Bengaluru for two years in their VC/M&A practice, before shifting to investments.
💼 I work with the Corporate Development team at Udaan.com India’s largest B2B e-commerce platform.
⚡ At Udaan I work on sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments and partnerships which are of strategic value to Udaan.
🏃♂️ I also work on creating strategy on new business areas and internal problem statements.
👶 I joined Udaan in 2019 after a brief stint at Bangalore based venture fund Kalaari Capital, and after spending 2 years as a corporate lawyer in Mumbai and Bangalore.
